The first thing to check if one of your plants is not blooming is it’s leaf color. While we humans think that dark green leaves are healthiest, orchid prefer to have leaves that are lime or even chartruse, especially the cattleyas. If ou live up north in the United States, all your orchids should be moved gradually to full sunlight during the winter months: November, December, and January.
